Refund & Return Policy – Gangstar Company

At Gangstar Company, every order is handled with care. If something is wrong with your order, we will review the situation and help you with the next steps.
Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

Please include your order number, customer name, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.
Returns must be approved before the item is sent back. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return Shipping
If the return is caused by a defective item, damaged item, or a mistake on our side, we will help resolve the issue.
If the return is requested for another reason, such as choosing the wrong size, changing your mind, or ordering the wrong item, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Original shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Damages, Defects or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at contato@gangstarcompany.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and issue. We will review the case and work to make it right.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Items that have been worn, washed, used, damaged, or altered by the customer
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items, unless defective or required by law

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Exchange availability depends on stock, product availability, fulfillment partners, and destination country.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days after receiving it, for any reason and without justification, where required by applicable law.
The item must still be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
