Gangstar Company ships worldwide from our fulfillment partners and production facilities. Every order is handled with care, packed properly, and shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping worldwide, except for Australia.

Free shipping does not apply to orders shipped to Australia. If shipping to Australia is available at checkout, the shipping rate will be displayed before payment.

Order Processing Time

Most Gangstar Company products are made, printed, embroidered, or fulfilled after the order is placed. Please allow time for production and handling before the package is shipped.

Estimated processing time: 2 to 7 business days.

During high-demand periods, holidays, supplier delays, or carrier disruptions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery time depends on the destination, carrier, customs processing, and fulfillment location.

  • United States: 7 to 12 business days after shipment
  • Canada: 7 to 14 business days after shipment
  • Brazil: 10 to 14 business days after shipment
  • Europe: 7 to 14 business days after shipment
  • Rest of the world: 10 to 30 business days after shipment

These are estimated delivery windows and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email whenever tracking is available.

Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after the carrier receives the package.

International Orders, Customs and Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country.

These charges are not controlled by Gangstar Company and are the responsibility of the customer unless they are clearly collected at checkout.

Customs delays may happen and are outside our control.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

Gangstar Company is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or lost orders caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to sender because of an address issue, we will contact you with the available options. Additional shipping costs may apply.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows unusual delays, if your package appears lost, or if your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible at contato@gangstarcompany.com.

Please include your order number, customer name, shipping address, and any photos if the item or package arrived damaged.

We will review the situation and help you with the next steps.

Multiple Packages

Some orders may be shipped in separate packages, especially when items are fulfilled by different production partners or facilities.

If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.
